The pilot
Low risk by design. Your current setup stays.
We're looking for UK schools to try Arrangely, starting small.
What it involves
Four steps, and you can stop at any of them
Talk
A conversation with your exams officer, SENCo and IT about how you run exams today.
Install
Put the server on a spare Windows machine and the app on a few spare laptops.
Run mocks
Use it for mock exams, with a fallback ready. Mocks aren't locked down.
Decide together
Go through what worked and what didn't. Live exams are only ever your centre's decision.
A good fit if you have
- Windows laptops you already use for exams, with some spare.
- A Windows PC or server that can stay on.
- Candidates using word processors, on-screen papers or read aloud.
- Someone in IT and the exams office willing to give honest feedback.
What to expect
- Your data staying on your server. We don't need pupil data, and we'd ask you not to send it to us.
- Your centre staying responsible for meeting exam regulations.
- Your feedback directly shaping what gets built next.
